SAIL Exercise Program
11:00 Tuesdays & Thursdays September 22 - December 8 Ages 55+ |
Register here once for all classes in 12-week series that meets twice per week, Tuesdays and Thursdays at 11:00 am. The SAIL (Stay Active and Independent for Life) strength, balance and fitness program is designed to help older adults improve mobility, reduce fall risk, and maintain independence. Classes include functional exercises focused on balance, strength, flexibility, and walking, while creating a supportive, encouraging environment for participants of all fitness levels.
It’s okay to miss a class but register with intent to come to as many as you can. Registration required - you are registering for all 12 weeks. Register total number of people attending. Register here |
