Enjoying cupcakes . . .
. . . and Sunny D . . .
. . . and ice cream . . .
. . . and Fruit Twists.
Getting that last spoonful of ice cream.
OK, the food is gone and I have my prizes, so I'm ready to call it a day!
Our beaker and test-tube overflow with bubbles! Each bubble represents 30 minutes of reading. Can you find all of yours?
Our director with a friendly hognose snake.
Can you see his face and why it is called "hognose"?
Niko Tamurian, NYcentral sportscaster and ES-M graduate reads "The Loch Mess Monster" by Helen Lester
The pictures are funny, Niko
Niko read "Boom! Big, Big Thunder & One Small Dog" by Mary Lyn Ray

Muriel from The MOST*
Putting a balloon on a soda bottle - it has baking soda in it.
Tip the baking soda into the soda and . . .
. . . a chemical reaction will inflate the balloon!
Helping out.
A knowledgeable young man.
These film cases can do something cool.
You want me to do what? Step on the eggs?!
Can he do it?
OK, getting ready . . .
. . . and it works without breaking a single egg!
Can she inflate the bag by blowing into it?
Well, it inflated part-way
Trying again . . .
. . . and it worked! (But there's a secret.)
This is an air cannon.
Balance those cups on your heads.
POOF! The air cannon can blow the cup off Damien's head!
Look how far that cup flew!
More cups are victims of the air cannon.
Filling the air cannon with smoke . . .
. . . so now you can SEE the air coming out of the air cannon!
Look at all the smoke!
A balloon has thicker material at the tip and where you blow it up . . .
. . . so what will happen when I put a skewer into the balloon?
The skewer goes through the balloon without popping it!
Now this balloon has some water in it . . .
It sometimes doesn't work for me but let's try . . . (what do you think happens?)
Now putting water in a zip-seal baggie.
OK, I poked one pencil through the bag . . .
. . . now two pencils . . .
. . . and a whole bunch of pencils and it hasn't leaked!
Then remove a pencil and . . .
This is a terrific show!
Excitement prevails as Carol and Alicia get ready for their visit.
This is Ethel, the Eastern Box Turtle
Can you see Ethel's beak?
Even the little ones are interested.
Max is a Red Lored Amazon Parrot.
Max will whistle when Alicia whistles.
He also talks while she is talking, getting louder or softer right along with her!
Learning about Max and his species.
This is the skull of a parrot.
Max uses his feet to help him hold a nut to eat.
Carol is showing us Wellington, the Blue-Tongued Skink.
"It's nice and warm here, so I am wide awake!"
Wellington posing for the cameras.
"Here's looking at you!"
You can see the ear holes on the side of his head.
Can you see Wellington's blue tongue? Look closely.
I have a question . . .
I want to touch this Rock Python skin.
Our Director with Boo, the ball python.
Kylee Brady holds a caiman-alligator baby.
Kylee Brady holds the bigger alligator with no fear.

A 10 year old tortoise is big - and weighs about 70 pounds!
